5 ways to make sure your clients are happy
It should always be your desire to keep your clients completely happy. Be the photographer who decides to make things easy for your client. Set a standard and let them know that you are the professional who can take care of their needs. Here are 5 Tips to make sure your clients are happy!
1. Pick a Cover that matches your Brand.
Choosing material that matches your brand, your client chose you because they like you and your brand. Choose a cover that matches the image color theme inside. Allow the cover of your album to be part of the story you are telling.
2. Sharing samples of your products so your client knows what they will get.
Samples, Samples and more Samples. Not only does this show your client what you are offering but printing your own images sets the standard and value of print. Share samples so you client has no questions as to what they will be receiving.
PRO TIP: Elevate your brand by adding presentation mounted swatches to your studio. Having a mounted swatch allows your client to get a feel for what their album can look like. This also allows your client to get excited in the design process.
3. Don’t forget them
Reach out during birthday, anniversary, or life events and ask if they would want something (let them know you don’t forget). It’s easy to forget about a client but use a CRM that marks dates or write them down. Remember your client invested in you and you can invest back into them by showing them you remember and care about life events. This also gives you the opportunity to offer prints for special occasions or events.
Pro Tip: Pre-Design a card with Fundy Designer Software and offer your client holiday cards, anniversary cards, birthday and so much more.
4. Pre- Design for them
Many clients will not know how they want their album, after all they are not the professional in albums. Pre-Design and create a look that tells a story, wow your client and show them that you listened to their requests.
