What type of genre of photography do you photograph?
I specialize in women's intimate portraiture which is also know as boudoir. It is my passion to help everyday women feel beautiful and embrace their unique beauty.
How many years have you been a photographer?
I first started shooting general genres and sports about ten years ago. For the last eight years, I focused my art specifically on women's intimate portraiture.
What do you love most about photography?
When I started venturing into the world of women's intimate portraiture, I remember how incredibly powerful it was to watch everyday women feel beautiful and embrace their unique beauty. I knew after those first few sessions that this is was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life! It’s been the most rewarding career I’ve ever had.
When it comes to products, what made you decide to begin offering products to your clients?
I knew I had lots of digital photos, that were put away and never enjoyed as they should be. Which led me to look for products that could be used as keepsakes where the product brings the photos front in center.
Why do you believe print is important?
We live in an age where everything is either on our phone or in the cloud. We take 1000's of photos and never look at them. People have forgotten the power of a beautifully printed image.
What products are your number one sellers?
My number one seller is my 10x10 album with the matching album box.
What other advice would you give to photographers who aren't selling products but may want too?
Just do it! Order a sample with your favorite images and it will sell itself! You will fall in love once you see your images in one of these albums. The quality of the UAF album is undeniable.
What do you love most about working with UAF?
The craftsmanship of the UAF albums is superb. It feels luxurious from the minute you hold the box. I also love the diversity of the cover options and the ability to customize the album and the box. It allows each client to nd the perfect cover to match their personality and style.
